Priscilla queen of White Cliffs
The weekend of 11th, 12th and 13th January 2013 saw White Cliffs celebrate in true Priscilla style with locals, visitors and friend joining one another for a weekend of celebration, fun, camaraderie and laughter.
The weekend began with guests arriving for delicious woodfired pizza on Friday evening, and followed with a tour of the town on Saturday morning where they visited dugouts and galleries, and some tried their luck with fossicking. Then followed brunch with visitors and locals. Over the weekend, people, including a beautiful labrador puppy tried their creativity and contributed to a collaborative art work that will eventaully hang in the history and culture centre. They moved on to experience constellations in the underground conference room.
The evening event held the attention of all with the incredible array of costumes, acts and parades. It was all supported by a real feast, the movie and the music that many people are now familiar with.
Congratulations to the winners of the fashion parade, and red faces. What a mighty effort.
It was congratulations to all who attended, contributed and joined in the fun. Following the success of this event, it appears that 2014 will be even bigger and better, with old friends returning, and new friends coming to join in the fun

January 15, 2013It seems the popularity of this weekend leads us towards an annual event. From the town tour and the collaborative artwork to the constellations, and then on to the show – dinner, acts and fashion parade, there was a spirit of creativity, fun, laughter and friendship.
Congratulations to the winners of the fashion parade, and red faces. What a mighty effort.
And in 2014, we welcome new friends, and look forward to catching up with old friends.
